Toured this property must say it was pretty cool. My fav part was that gym & the roof top views! Also did enjoy seeing the gas range inside of the unit , only thing I didn’t like was the washer dryer unit ( previously using these & not a big fan of the washer) overall it’s a pretty cool property..

I loved living at the Forth. I moved there because of Dovie Culver. She is a wonderful leasing agent and a terrific go to person for any and all situations. I never had a bad experience at the Forth. The place is beautiful and Dovie takes care of all of the residents with patience and kindness. Although it did take me a minute to get used to no keys and using the latch app, the nest thermostat, and the buzzing from the wine refrigerator and the regular refrigerator. The place is so super high tech, and conveniently located in walking distance to some of Houston’s best restaurants. The views that I had were phenomenal, the amenities were amazing, from Yoga every Saturday to the monthly Bingo- the place had it all. I will always consider The Forth at Navigation the best apartment I have ever lived in. It was a wonderful 13 months living there. Thank you Dovie Culver for making sure I experienced the best that the Forth had to offer. ❤️❤️

Moved in recently and I am truly in love. ✨ Our Leasing Agent was Grae and he was great with tour and the overall process. My boyfriend and I ask many questions and he answered them with all the patience in the world. We love the neighborhood, the building, technology, amenities, parking, views, and overall vibe! We had been living in Midtown for the past 2 1/2 years and for now we don’t regret the decision to move. The ONLY thing I don’t love is the microwave’s location within the kitchen 😆. Prior to moving we read all reviews from the different locations we were considering so I know reviews are important for some. We love Forth! Hoping it stays that way! #fingerscrossed

Been here a little over 2 years now and here my honest take having over 5 years of apartment locator experience. Here’s the pros and cons Pros - good views, Dovie, fast maintenance and no bugs Cons - - Pool is not ever heated despite their advertisement - No real concierge - Cheap quartz imitation counters that stain because they weren’t sealed after construction - No one is renting the retail centers downstairs because parking is a nightmare - Almost 0 guest parking without the threat of being towed or broken into - No security - No renewal incentives for prior residents despite these thing’s ( these are all things that just about every $2000+ property in downtown has)

They are sweet from the beginning but the move in was not great and i had to do a lot of cleaning to do. i guessing they didn't have time and a few other things that can be fixed but should already have been done. But i will definitely give it time and give them a chance, cause again they are so sweet in the office.

I have been living here for a few months now. I am pleased to say I love living here. The amenities are great, large pool, gym, pool table, roof top terrace with a gorgeous view of downtown. The staff in the office is awesome so nice and helpful. I love it here!!

If I could give this place a 4.5/5, I would. This place is almost perfect, as in a near 5-star hotel-like experience. I work remotely, so much of my day is here on the property. I've mostly settled in after about 2 months. - Service request response times are amazing. I've placed a request to have the batteries replaced in the door, and staff showed up within thirty minutes. 👍🏾 - Leasing agents/reps are very helpful. Grae assisted me with my move in, answered every question I had. I showed up on the wrong date for a tour and Grae still showed me around. I had asked about the upload/download speeds for the internet service and he replied back with a speed-test from another resident. It matched up with what I tested after moving in. Sometimes I run into either Grae or Dovie when picking up packages and they're always kind and helpful. 👍🏾 - Cool neighbors. I've chatted with a few here and there, and asked them of their opinion of the place. A couple of residents have said they've renewed their lease without hesitation. While others have just moved in like myself, have no complaints. 👍🏾 - Managing utilities is a breeze. We're getting business-class internet from Comcast. Water, trash, and internet services are rolled up as a separate charge of ~$135 / mo at this time of writing. Bringing our own energy supplier was also super simple. There's no waiting for power to switch on, or servicemen to set things up. Just a few clicks here and there, and I was ready to go. 👍🏾 - The local restaurants are pretty good. There's a bodega which has amazing tacos, Buns and Drafts' bacon burger is great, and Roostar's is just down the street, and Cidercade always has a food truck or two. There's a fair selection of quick bites within walking distance. 👍🏾 - Community events are pretty neat. I love Taco Tuesdays, but I've seen Bingo Nights and a few other events held here quite often. It's always cool to see my neighbors outside of picking up a package or parking my car. 👍🏾 - The apartment feels very modern. The Nest thermostat, appliances and Latch key system complements the overall design of the building. However, some medium/large sized units require tenants to bring their own lighting to the living room. There's only overhead and indirect lighting for the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Also, there's no cutouts for wall-mounted TV's. I'd recommend using a short-throw projector to have a 100"-120" TV on your walls (see images). Lastly, the kitchen lacks a dedicated water/ice dispenser, and the microwave's in a weird spot, but I love the massive amount of storage space. 👍🏾 - I love that all the amenities are in the building. I don't have to walk outside for anything that I need. When I have my apartment cleaned, I can continue working in the dedicated co-working space downstairs. When I have guests, we can relax in the lounge or the sky lounge. I love when the concierge directs Uber Eats deliveries to my unit. I love that there's WiFi available within the community areas. Could some things, be better? Yes, but I'll touch on that in a sec. 👍🏾 - The package room system is a bit hit or miss. I love receiving alerts when my packages are delivered. I don't love that I need to retrieve all of my packages at once on a single trip. I'd highly recommend getting a wagon or hand-cart/dolly when picking up multiple packages. 🤔 - Concierge services feel tacked on. There's someone at the desk M-F from 7PM to 10PM? And weekends from 10 AM - 10PM. But, for remote workers like myself who may have a food delivery during the day, during the week? I'll need to give an access code to the confused delivery person or just meet them outside. Other concierge services are outsourced to another company with their own website/procedures. It doesn't feel all that great to use. Overall, this place is amazing. My only suggestions include someone at the front-desk full-time, and having one of those retail spaces become a restaurant. Update 7/29/23: I will note some "neighbors" may actually be Airbnb tenants. How many? 🤷🏾‍♂️
